I enjoyed the book Take Your Best shot. It made me realize that it doesn't matter how old you are, you can still make a difference in the kingdom. I learned that a blessing is a boomerang once you throw it, it comes straight back to you. It was interesting to hear all the stories about Maggie, Michael and Matthew. I know it was amazing how so many people were shooting hoops for the kids in Africa with AIDs. Even though some people don't like what he was doing, he still kept sticking to it. I also thought that it was awesome how he made an impact on all those people to go out and shoot hoops and then they raised tons of money for the children in Africa with AIDS.

Austin who is the founder of Hoops of Home is a youth with a heart that is always willing to please the Father and that is just what I am also, an amazing child of God. What I am going to do makes a difference in the kingdom is to write songs for His kingdom and have benefit concerts. I will call the organization Songs to Save Souls. My purpose for Songs to Save Souls is to raise money for people to go on missions trips and spread the Gospel to others in foreign countries; also, it's to save souls through my songs during the benefit concerts. 1 Timothy 4:12 says:

Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.

I want my friends, classmates and youth across the world to know that you do not have to be a certain age to do something. I pray my songs will make more people come closer to God and they will draw others close to Christ. God has put the blessing in my heart to share with others and that is exactly what I am going to do, share my songs with others.
